Clearlines Telephone Company came to us for a redesign of their existing web site. As a company, one of their key values is to provide superior customer support, so it was important to us that we approach the project with ease of use in mind.

Clearlines wanted a site where customers could identify their equipment, view and print step-by-step instructional information, access visual equipment references and download user manuals and other support materials, all in the quickest and easiest way possible.

We worked on refining the material and presenting it in a way that is friendly, clear and easy to follow, and ensured that the new site is easy to navigate, resources are readily accessible, and that overall, the Clearlines web presence reflects their deep respect for the needs of their customers.
