Client Documentation - Every client of ours gets their systems fully documented and updated on a regular basis. We manage and share these documents between each member of the client IT team. Using Groove Networks and Microsoft technology, our mobile staff can have access to all their files whether they are connected to the network or off-line, in their cars, on a plane, or at a remote client site where internet access may be limited.
